I am a homebrewer that recently moved to Denver from Fort Worth, Texas. I've been homebrewing since July 2009. This blog details the majority of my brewing escapades. I went through a long phase of trying to experiment with the craziest stuff I could do. Now I have a more limited focus on brewing with quality and trying to produce beers I really want to drink. My brewing is increasingly focusing on saisons and sour beer but I mix in a variety of other styles.
I brew on a fairly simple system and primarily brew in small volumes. I have the typical five gallon set up as well as a small kitchen set up that I use to brew 1-3 gallon batches.

Hello! I'm trying to reach someone on this site to talk to about my beer ingredient database https://beermaverick.com/beer-ingredients/
ReplyDeleteI think it could be beneficial to your readers as they try to get a handle on all the different types of yeasts and hops that exist out there now.
Your insights to smoked grain are brilliant, thanks for sharing. Felt like an expansive world of a culinary kind opened up while reading it. Very practical applications considered.
